JSC “SRI Atmosphere” was organized on the 13-th of July 2009 in accordance with the forecast plan for privatization of federal
property in 2008 (the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation ¹ 543-Ò from 29.04.2007) pursuant to the Decree of the
City Property Management Committee of Saint Petersburg ¹ 249-Ò from 29.12.2008 (December 29, 2008). through reorganization by
means of restructuring of FSUE “SRI Atmosphere”.
JSC “SRI Atmosphere” is the sole successor of FSUE “SRI Atmosphere”pursuant to the Charter adopted by the Decree of the City
Property Management Committee of Saint Petersburg ¹ 249-Ò from 29.12.2008.
Promoter - The Federal Agency for the Administration of State Property.
Shareholder - a 100 % equity stake is owned by the Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for the Administration
of State Property.
Jurisdiction - The Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision.
Board of Directors - representatives of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision and the
Federal Agency for the Administration of State Property.
The company is administered by the Director General - Nedre Andrey Yurievich who acts pursuant to the Charter.
